Product Description
The Biobuddy 53 Gallon processors concept is based on value. It is
not another processor pieced together at a hardware store, it was
custom engineered and each part is molded with HDPE plastic (no rusting
or corroding) and special additives to allow it withstand the high heats
and chemicals it will be exposed to for years without ever letting up.
Before choosing the pump in BioBuddy, we ran it dry 2 weeks straight to
ensure it was worthy, therefore it has a 1 year unlimited use warranty.
Before we finalized the base mold, we placed it under double the
expected weight to ensure durability. We went above and beyond during
all fazes of testing before offering this processor to the public with
the highest confidence. Along with each processor, we will send you a
manual with very detailed instructions on exactly how to make a batch
from start to finish as well as many other general tips. On top of all

How BioBuddy works:
Mixing the chemicals:
BioBuddy is designed to self-mix all chemicals, ensuring maximum results
with minimal effort. The catalyst can be added to the main holding tank
and mixed in accordingly.
Washing the fuel:
Improve the quality of your fuel by removing any remaining sodium
hydroxide, methanol and soap that has been left behind with the aid of
the integrated wash nozzle.
Drying the fuel:
Any remaining water that is present will be evaporated into the
atmosphere during this stage, ensuring water-free Biodiesel.
Filtering the fuel:
Finally, your new Biodiesel is filtered and polished to 5 microns. This
stage of the process will remove any final remaining contaminants,
likely to be trace elements.
Pumping the fuel:
Transfer your Biodiesel directly into your car, storage tank, or
anywhere you like with the aid of the fuel dispensing nozzle - just like
a petrol station!
